We are happy to register new NHS patients within our practice boundary area.
Out of Area Registration (OOA)
We do accept requests from patients to register with us who live outside the practice boundary area and who are aged 18-60 years old, who live and work in our catchment area and who live in the Westminster borough. We are sorry that we cannot provide home visits to any patients living outside our boundary area.
OOA registration must be safe and not restrict access to services, which can be the case with some community services such as mental health services, which are borough based. Should this be the case you may be asked to register closer to home.
