New Stop Smoking and cardiovascular prevention service launches on Monday 9 December 2024

The smoking cessation and cardiovascular prevention service in Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea is changing.

The service is currently provided by Thrive Tribe. From 9 December 2024, One You Westminster and One You Kensington and Chelsea will be delivered by Reed in Partnership, a new provider.

The service will continue to offer smoking cessation and cardiovascular prevention services, with a renewed focus on addressing health inequalities.

The service will work closely with voluntary and community organisations. Support will be targeted towards those who need it most, including global majority communities, people with a disability and people experiencing a mental health condition.

Those already enrolled in the stop smoking service will be seamlessly transferred by the current provider to Reed in Partnership to ensure ongoing support.
